I’ve never had better shredded beef tacos. The majority of shredded beef tacos are flavorless. These did not work. My spouse had the shrimp burrito, which he enjoyed. He said it was the greatest he’d ever tasted. I will most certainly return.

Maria’s Tacos was planned for my daughter’s birthday celebration. I was quite pleased with everything. Their setup is fantastic. They brought their own canopy and tables. They set up quite quickly. They were nice to my guest, and the tacos, rice, and beans, as well as the sauces, were delicious. There are no complaints. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Maria makes AMAZING tacos. The carne asada tacos are my go-to order, and they never disappoint. They are usually expertly crafted, and I particularly like the outdoor seats since the pleasant illumination keeps me warm during the winter. I enjoy that it’s not a huge, packed place so I can take my friends there for a really chill (almost secret) spot with delicious meals. And I’m aware that they provide a variety of kid-friendly options, such burgers and fries, which, for a taco shop, actually taste very well. My love for their Jarritos is unmatched.

I’ve never eaten or ordered from here before, but I will DEFINITELY return. The marinated pork was delicious; it came with green and red salsa, which I requested, so I’m not sure whether it comes with them by default, but they were SO. GOOD. The corn tortillas were amazing and you could tell they were handmade; I’m a major foodie who has grown up eating tacos, and this establishment blew me away! I highly suggest it! The greatest tacos I’ve ever had in Santa Barbara/Goleta.
